By using the services provided by Elevate Digital, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of the website and the services we offer.
Service Agreement

Elevate Digital offers graphic design, branding, social media management, and other digital marketing services.

All services are subject to availability, and the scope of work will be determined per project.
Payments & Refunds

Payment Schedule:

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is due before work begins.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.

Payment for services is due in full before the work is considered complete.

You will be invoiced for work completed at the end of each month.

Payment Methods: Bank transfer.

Late Payments: Payments not received within 14 days will incur a late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance per month.

Deposits are non-refundable. Final payments are refundable if the work is deemed unsatisfactory, but only within 30 days after the final delivery.

Final payments are refundable if the work is deemed unsatisfactory, but only within 30 days after the final delivery. ‘Unsatisfactory’ is if the service provider has provided the clients with inadequate services. Where work falls below the standards expected. A refund can only be claimed after the service provider has been given an opportunity to correct the standards.

Intellectual Property
You own the final work upon payment, but we retain the right to display the work in our portfolio.
